Happy birthday to Jane today! We're in Sardinia. This morning, we drove an hour to Bari airport, flew to Cagliari, then drove an hour to Tharros (ruin) on the west coast.
Another 3.5 hours drive to the north coast along gorgeous mountain coastal roads, we arrived in Santa Teresa Gallura, checked into the dive shop for diving the next day or two as well as tours to the archipelago Maddelena. Staying at a cute little B&B with views of the Belvedere di Torre Longonsardo and Corsica in the distance.
