We spent much of today at Gola di Gorropu. (The base camp is about 15 minutes from here). Gola Gorropu is one of the deepest canyons in Europe...and it's right here! We jeep'd in about 45 minutes and hiked for a couple hours...
Got back and had a late lunch in Cala Gonone beach - also 15 minutes from here - and on the lovely Orosei gulf.
Sardinia is gorgeous. People are kind - like super kind. We're coming back. We're already planning to rent campers and spend a lot more time here on the next trip!
